After turning heads in 2016 with her song “Roam”, Theia returned to the spotlight in early 2018 with new music - raising the bar and firming up her reputation as one of New Zealand’s most exciting new acts. The track entered Spotify’s viral global chart, as well as viral charts in the US, Australia, New Zealand and Malaysia. It has since been streamed more than 13 million times. Theia travelled far and wide throughout 2017, opening for BROODS on their summer NZ tour, supporting The Kite String Tangle in Australia, and then going on to support our very own SIA, alongside MØ and Charli XCX.

Her recent release “Candy”, the third single from her upcoming EP is an unapologetic and carefree celebration of individuality, and a blast of pure energy, “Candy” sees Theia breaking new sonic ground.
