Emma Davis

English-born singer-songwriter Emma Davis moved to Sydney in search of a little more light. Davis’ self-titled debut record, pieced together in a Newtown terrace was a display of beautifully honest storytelling and quickly established her as a respected musician in the Sydney scene.

The songwriter spent the last two years collecting sounds and crafting her second album DEMONS, to be released later this year. Produced with Greg Walker (Paul Kelly, Tiny Ruins, Jen Cloher, Machine Translations), the album sees Emma’s stirring lyrical details and intricate guitar work woven with playful beats, unique sounds and soft melancholic synth.

‘Best of times', is the playfully wonky third taste of Emma’s forthcoming record DEMONS. The PR Files are excited to be working with Emma on her upcoming release DEMONS and launch shows.
