Aroly Tariq

Multi-faceted and award-winning singer, songwriter, producer, and visual artist from Melbourne, Aroly Tariq, has just released her debut single “Light Shines Down.” Produced and visually directed by Aroly herself, the single will be shortly accompanied with a six track EP.

Having performed at festivals such as CMW, St Kilda Fest, Melbourne Music Week and Peats Ridgeand, funded by Creative Victoria to tour the Australian east coast, Aroly proves she is driven by her love of music and creative expression.

Aroly prides herself on her love of creating traditional and AI art and animation as an extension of her music. She explains that the visual conversation that flows on from that is one of her favourite things, which she has incorporated into her musical practices.

She has further collaborated with artists such as Funkstörungand Coy Haste (Caribou), showcasing her remarkable skills as a vocalist and producer, having also been featured in prominent press such as Pigeons and Planes, The Fader, NME, Redbull, Complex and Visual Atlier 8, including support from Rage, BBC Radio 1, NPR KCRW and Triple J.
